2010 Public Performance ScheduleFollowing are the public shows that Scottie performed in 2010. This list does not contain our private shows, which is confidential. Saturday, June 5, 2010 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM Scottie the Parrot will be making a special guest appearance at the 2010 Taste of Des Plaines event. Look for him around the center stage before and after the Barefoot Hawaiian performance at 12:00 Noon. Be sure to come by and watch this wonderful show and performance by the Barefoot Hawaiian. Scottie will be around the Tiki Terrace booth. Be sure to stop by the Tiki Terrace booth and enjoy some authentic Hawaiian food. Held at the Des Plaines Library

Saturday, July 3, 2010 10:00 AM Do not miss Scottie's 4th consecutive appearance in Carol Stream Independence parade. It is always one of the best parades in Chicago's western suburbs. Rain or shine, Scottie will be marching the parade route in beautiful Carol Stream, Illinois. It's "Beach
Day" at US Cellular Field for this night home game of the Click Here to Buy Tickets for this Game Scottie the Parrot will be in the stadium at 4:00 pm (2 hours before the game) and remaining through about the 4th inning until 7:00 pm. Scottie will be working with the FanFoto team giving fans and guests an opportunity to have their picture taken with him.
Come to the game and look for Scottie as he roams the stadium with a photographer. Flag them down to have your picture taken with Scottie. Then after the game visit the Chicago White Sox web site to find your photo with Scottie and take advantage of the opportunity to purchase the photo in print or on other items like a mug, T-shirt, and more. In addition to the Scottie the Parrot, the first 20,000 fans into the stadium receive free Beach Bash Towels, presented by Walgreen's. Mr. Myers Caribbean Band will be entertaining at gate 4. Also, it's the night for the Parrot Head Grand Slam Group. Join fellow Parrot Head organizations, and their families and friends for a night at the ballpark. The event starts at 3:00 PM and runs through the evening. Among the festivity will be a magician, a Polynesian dance show by the Barefoot Hawaiian, and of course, Chicago's favorite parrot, Scottie, mingling with all attendees for a full 2 hours.
